Ask Marc
Help and support for men affected by domestic abuse, stalking and rape and sexual violence.
We offer independent, confidential advice and support to help men be safer, make choices, and move forward with their lives. Anyone can experience abuse.
Don’t deal with it alone: Ask Marc.

Expert resources to help someone out of a dangerous situation.

Ask Marc can help.
Experiencing abuse can leave you feeling isolated.
We know it can be difficult to talk about, but telling someone can really help. We will listen to you, advise and support you. We can offer you telephone guidance or one to one support depending on what you want.
We won’t judge you because of what you say, and we can help you with choices on how to move forward.
Ask Marc exists to protect victims from perpetrators and support victims to recover from experiences of abuse and violence.

Where you can find us
We work across the Black Country, with some support available across the West Midlands. Please visit our support pages for domestic abuse, “honour”-based violence and forced marriage, stalking, and sexual violence to find services local to you.
